Rules of the summer school
The summer school participants are not insured by the organisers of the event.
There are limited places in the summer school and they are filled in the order of arrival of the registrations.
Registrations are confirmed with a 100 € deposit which needs to be paid within a week of sending the registration. Without the deposit, the registration is cancelled.
The remainder of the fee must be paid by the due date.
Registrations are binding. In the event of a participant cancelling their registration in the case of illness (with a medical certificate), the remainder of the fee will be refunded. The deposit will not be refunded. If a cancellation is done without a medical certificate, fees must be paid in full by the due date.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such a case all payments are refunded in full.
The organisers reserve the right to adjust the schedule and change the teachers if the situation so requires.
The summer school does not have CLRG’s open platform status. Each participant is responsible for ensuring that their teacher/school/organisation allows their participation in the summer school.
The minimum age to participate in the summer school is 13. We require participating minors to have a written agreement signed by a guardian. The minor remains at the responsibility of the guardian through out the summer school.
