Rules of the summer school

  • The summer school participants are not insured by the organisers of the event.
  • There are limited places in the summer school and they are filled in the order of arrival of the registrations.

  • Registrations are confirmed with a 100 € deposit which needs to be paid within a week of sending the registration. Without the deposit, the registration is cancelled.

  • The remainder of the fee must be paid by the due date.

  • Registrations are binding. In the event of a participant cancelling their registration in the case of illness (with a medical certificate), the remainder of the fee will be refunded. The deposit will not be refunded. If a cancellation is done without a medical certificate, fees must be paid in full by the due date.

  • The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such a case all payments are refunded in full.
  • The organisers reserve the right to adjust the schedule and change the teachers if the situation so requires.

  • The summer school does not have CLRG’s open platform status. Each participant is responsible for ensuring that their teacher/school/organisation allows their participation in the summer school.

  • The minimum age to participate in the summer school is 13. We require participating minors to have a written agreement signed by a guardian. The minor remains at the responsibility of the guardian through out the summer school.
